Fishing report Feb 5 06

Hi this is Tina, thanks for visiting our web site! The Big bass have really been turning on this week!!! Several reports and pictures of some nice fish!!!! Please e-mail me any pictures of your catch so I can post them!!! I have had a lot of customers from up north, a lot of great folks. I had two couples from Ohio my birth state great people caught several bass at the spillway SE corner and the Nursery SW corner( by the way the water is pumping after all this Rain!!!!! One was over 6 lbs And one over 7 lbs!!! Way to go Janet Mckercher. Stop by to see the great Pictures!!! And one was caught right by the ramp!!! All on Wild Shiners!!! I had a report of a 9lb der caught in Garcia on Thursday!!! Wow that is Great!!! The rain didn't discourage some good ol boys from South Carolina on Saturday they waited out the storm here at the store and did great that afternoon in Stick Marsh they went through 6 doz shiners in 2 hours caught a total of 20 fish and was back this mornin for 12doz more!!!! Way to go guys!!! Crappie fishing has been doin well for my airboat customers in Santories one caught by Robert at the Hill Group weighed 2.5 Lbs !!!!! He caught 33 total!!!! Things can only get better this season as soon as Mother Nature slows down the wind and brings us our wonderful Florida weather back!!!! Have a great day and God Bless!
